BREWER E.L.A. – ENHANCED LATEX ADDITIVE
This proprietary mixture of special copolymers and silicone additives is specifically formulated to improve the performance of refined tar emulsion
sealers. E.L.A. thickens sealer, improves overall suspension, drying time, and finish color.
FSA ADDITIVE
When faster drying time is needed, without sacrificing performance, FSA is the ideal sealer additive. A unique, silicone fortified, latex additive, FSA
reduces tracking, sand roll out and filter/tip clogging. Not an extender or bulking agent.
FSA PLUS ADDITIVE
When faster drying times are needed as well as a viscosity modifier to thicken and gel up diluted sealer, FSA PLUS is the choice. This dual action
polymer/copolymer latex additive offers the characteristics of the popular FSA Additive along with a built-in thickening agent.
TARMAX
Tarmax is designed for use as a modifier for refined tar emulsions. This product increases viscosity and promotes better sand suspension while enhancing
the performance of refined tar emulsions.
INSTA-DRI SEALING ADDITIVE
This sealing additive offers 60% faster curing time and better suspension of aggregates. Additional advantages include resistance to grease, oils, fuels,
and chemicals, as well as tracking reduction.
FASS-DRI
This sealer additive greatly reduces curing time of both coal tar and asphalt-based sealers.
